Governor Corbett to Open 2013 International Business & Workforce Expo

YORK, PA – February 19, 2013 – Governor Tom Corbett will officially open the York County International Business and Workforce Expo at Networking Night on Tuesday, May 7 at 5 p.m. 
 
The Economic Alliance is honored to have Governor Corbett join one of the largest business and workforce Expos in the Commonwealth.  The Alliance looks forward to hearing about the Governor’s ongoing efforts to make Pennsylvania more competitive for business and showcasing the many businesses exhibiting.    

The International Business and Workforce Expo brings together the region's vast international business and workforce resources through a partnership with the World Trade Center Harrisburg. The Expo features domestic and international businesses representing numerous industry sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, education and business services.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to take advantage of a more regionalized audience, learn about international business, become part of the supply chain of manufacturers doing international business, educate students about skills needed for future employment, network with local companies that might become new customers and identify local vendors for their supply chains.
