Foreign-Trade Zone 147

Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) 147 is a regional economic development project that encompasses nine counties, including York County.

There are numerous FTZ designated sites within the county, which include:

• GlaxoSmithKline
• C & J Clark America, Inc.
• Souriau USA

In addition, York County has an active general purpose warehouse. A general purpose warehouse is a facility operated by an FTZ designated user, which in turn allows the general public use of and access to zone benefits.
